love the show

When I see this show on Lifetime, I absolutely love it. Carson visits ladies who have stopped seeing themselves as "beautiful" ; these women have lost their confidence and sense of self-worth. Carson uses psychological exercises to help them see their bodies in a new light and gives them tips on how to be more open and accepting of themselves. At the end of every show, each woman gets a makeover, complete with new hairdo, and they are professionally photographed "naked"(not completely). This show will bring tears to your eyes! I think it's wonderful and refreshing because as women, we are under so much pressure from society to be "perfect" but it's impossible. You must love yourself. Love this show!
