I have one of these, and I liked it when I first bought it, but I found that over time my knee started to hurt a lot.  I wish they would make the bar that supports the foot pad wider.  I believe its to narrow and that is why my knee hurts.  Don't use it anymore.  Loved the movement, also found that using the handles in a moving position put strain on my lower back.  If I were to use it again, I would keep the handles locked.

I would give this product a 2 star, and would tell people to look for a better made product even if it costs a little more money.  Its worth it in the end.
