AMAZING!!

Allows you to do the exercises that you like & remove any which you cannot physically do - great for those with ailments!!

LOVE the fact no 2 workouts are the same, as the activities, reps and warm ups change every day.

You can also choose the level of intensity to suit you!!

Great for unfit beginners like myself & great for the gym bunnies too!! xx

I like my Wii Active but honestly I haven't used it as much now that I bought the add on to the Wii Fit (Wii Fit Plus). I try to switch off & on.

It does have some tough workouts, I sweat with the Active. I like that you can do custom workouts that you desire.

I would recommend this game to anyone that wants a great workout. The only thing I don't like to well is having to pick up the stretch band, then don't use, then pick it up again. All in all .... it is a very great workout. : )
