It is good for getting out of the house and moving around a bit but I feel like I get more of a work out by speed walking in my neighborhood and using my own hand weights. |

But not enough to make a difference. Its was good as a first step to get moving. If you are over weight and a couch potato like I was and want to start moving curves is the place for you. But if you are a little more advance look some where else. ![]() |

I liked the program; it's quick and easy, and the circuit takes 30 minutes to complete and you get a great workout. It's a low intensity workout, which can be a great start for someone who is sedentary. The cons I experienced were that the "gym" was constantly crowded, and the motivation from the leaders was minimal. The price is not bad, but if you have a few free weights at home and an area to walk or do aerobic activity, save yourself some dough and stay at home. The program doesn't really get you toned up either; the resistance on the machines was low. |

I was a slow starter, but the more I work out, the more I want to work out. You work your entire body and it only takes 30 minutes. |
