I absolutely L-O-V-E cardio coach!  It has really improved my fitness, made me work harder, sweat my ass off, and made me completely breathless.  I see and FEEL results within a week of using it!!

You can tell how much I love it through my blogs.  I mention using it all the time.

I love love love my cardio coach.  I only just started using it on the treadmill but I cant wait to see what effect it has when I incorporate it into my half marathon training outside! 

At first I thought I could get the same results just doing intervals on my own but I know Id never keep up the pace and timing without being guided like this.  I definately recommend it to use with any cardio equipment or outside walking or running.

LauraLynn, did you mean to give 2.5.5?  I think you love this too!
