Picked it up at my local Decathlon while looking for running shorts. On preparation, tis a laughable 5 spoonfuls ( no wonder has only 215 cals, I thought) but when you actually eat this, you stay surprisingly full for ages. Had mine with a leafy salad. Taste is not too bad and price is around 5-6 euro dependant on which product you choose. Worth its value
